Gate 15 is a small, veteran-owned business. We seek to build the best team we can and in doing so are happy to include military veterans and first responders and to support their positive transitions to a civilian role. Leveraging our own personal experiences, Gate 15 is committed to foster a community that effectively supports all team members, including those transitioning from service backgrounds.

To support our goal of fostering an open, healthy work environment for our team members and contributing to the communities in which we live, we encourage all team members to commit to a spirit of giving and volunteerism.

To that end, when possible, Gate 15 supports a paid week  of charitable service, be it in a military Reserve or National Guard unit, mission work, community service, or some other charitable cause that individuals select. “For I Was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me… Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”  (from Matthew 25: 34 – 40)
