The Team ensured all required coordination and detailed planning was accomplished to meet the participants’ expectations. Within an extremely short period of time, the Team expertly managed a multitude of planning and logistical events, to include: multiple planning meetings, development of a professional videos, rehearsals for US Government senior officials and detailed preparations for hundreds of exercises. The exceptional planning and attention to detail resulted in the successful accomplishment of all exercise requirements.
Additionally, the cost control measures put in place exceeded the standard of other contractors supporting this office. Through innovative program support methods, costs were within or below the estimated costs and deliverables were ahead of or on time as well as within or under budget.
