With a notable career at DHS, Casey led the nation’s active shooter preparedness program and pioneered initiatives within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), focusing on critical infrastructure stakeholders. Presently, she spearheads cyber and physical security preparedness efforts, delivering discussion-based exercises to bolster resilience in Automotive, Health, and Faith-Based sectors. Casey’s unwavering dedication to enhancing security measures underscores her commitment to safeguarding critical industries.
Chuck brings over 20 years of leadership and experience in the areas of resilience, preparedness, and operations, including exercise design consistent with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology and comparable Department of Defense exercises. He is a Senior Director at Gate 15 and has worked across multiple sectors of critical infrastructure and with over 10 years of expertise serving in the water sector. Chuck served on Active Duty in the U.S. Navy from 2004 to 2010 and has been in the U.S. Navy Reserve since. He served as the External Exercise Planner for Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) in 2016, collaborating with exercise planners from the U.S. Africa Command and from African and European militaries to design, execute, and evaluate exercises intended to improve U.S. and partner nation capabilities.
Founder and Managing Director of The Gate 15 Company and founder and Senior Advisor to FB-ISAO and Cannabis ISAO, Andy is an Army veteran and sits on a variety of boards and committees. He began his career in 1998 and today, Andy oversees the Gate 15 team and projects, ensuring expert delivery of Gate 15’s threat-informed and risk-based approach to analysis, resilience, and operations.
With two decades of experience, Mayya oversees Gate 15’s business operations, managing human resources, budgets, contracts, and ensuring efficient workflows. Additionally, she handles grant and proposal preparation and serves as the Executive Director of the Faith-Based Information Sharing and Analysis Organization. In that role, she sits on the Department of Homeland Security’s Faith-Based Security Advisory Council. In addition to her duties with Gate 15 and FB-ISAO, Mayya manages a team of analysts who provide operational support to the WaterISAC. WaterISAC is the designated information sharing and operations arm of the Water Sector Coordinating Council.
Ben brings 20 years of experience in the public and private sector, encompassing a wide range of critical infrastructure sectors and professional disciplines. He has supported organizations in threat analysis, resilience and operational support, as well as marketing and partnership development. Ben has designed and facilitated exercises consistent with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology for DHS, the ISAC and ISAO communities and with some of America’s largest companies. He prides himself on guiding clients to connect dots and recognize synergies that boost organizational efficiency and overall resilience. In addition to his duties with Gate 15, Ben serves as the Executive Director of the Cannabis Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (Cannabis ISAO), and he is an active member of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Risk Management and Insurance Committee.
Jennifer serves as Gate 15’s CISO and Director of Cyber Defense. She is a cybersecurity professional with more than two decades of experience supporting critical infrastructure and SLTT (State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial) governments. Jennifer has provided subject matter expertise on cyber threats related to homeland security for multiple critical infrastructure and vital lifeline sectors utilizing her experience in malware analysis, threat assessments, threat intelligence, HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity awareness, insider threat protection, and industrial control systems cybersecurity and safety. She is a recognized leader and sought after expert appearing in numerous podcasts and news reports.
