Our Mission

Gate 15’s mission is to deliver expert Analysis, Resilience, and Operations services and support that benefit both our clients and the broader Homeland Security community, empowering them to protect America’s people, places, data, and dollars.

Founded by Andy Jabbour in 2013, Gate 15’s aims to make a positive impact in our areas of expertise, benefiting both our clients and the broader community of partners. Our goal is to enhance organizational security and resilience, preserving our common freedoms and way of life. We prioritize fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for our team members and giving back to our communities through charitable service. Gate 15 is a contributing partner to the community of homeland security and intelligence professionals supporting organizational and individual security, resilience, and freedom.

Today, Gate 15 is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that proudly welcomes military veterans and first responders to its team. Leveraging our own experiences, we support their transition into civilian roles. Further, we welcome individuals from all walks of life, backgrounds, and perspectives to be part of our team. We strive to create a culture of belonging, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work and to know that they are valued, respected, and celebrated.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we offer a paid week of charitable service to encourage team members’ involvement in individually-selected charitable causes that resonate with them.

Gate 15 supports FB-ISAO, an all-faiths, all-hazards information sharing organization operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, religious, and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. FB-ISAO’s mission is to equip houses of worship, charities, faith-based schools, and their affiliated organizations with information, analysis, and capabilities to help reduce risk while enhancing preparedness, security, and resilience.

We provide operational support, intelligence, and threat information services to enhance situational awareness and preparedness planning. In alignment with its charitable mission, Gate 15 offers these operational support services to FB-ISAO on a pro-bono basis, as part of Gate 15’s own charitable programs and activities.
